With its snug and ergo-shaped fit, the Yonex Aerus 3 MX badminton shoes offers superior performance to players with narrow feet . The newly designed Aerus 3 features a hexagrip sole for agile and stable footwork, supportive underfoot cushioning, hefty arch support, soft heel collars and synthetic mesh uppers. Overall the Aerus 3 MX badminton shoe offers lasting durability and great traction. While some of our experts who tested the badminton shoe found the fit very snug, they were impressed with balance between speed and stability. Badminton Warehouse experts felt that the mid-foot and toe box offered a locked-in feel, the heel cup is a little shallow. Comfort : Score - 8 
Overall our team found the Yonex Aerus 3 MX comfortable. Two experts who tested the shoe loved the locked-in feel from the toe box to the heel. The moderate underfoot cushioning was appreciated by experts who do not like the bulky feel of a heavily cushioned shoe. The ankle collars are extremely soft but provide excellent comfort. These shoe definitely need a break-in. One expert said that he had some aches on the outside of his feet but they gradually went away after the shoes opened up. 

Support & Stability: Score – 8.5 
Our team by and large appreciated the support and stability quotient of the Yonex Aerus 3 MX badminton court shoe. Because the shoes are snug they provide good support and stability when moving aggressively on the court. One negative feedback was that the shoe has more support towards the toe and mid-sole compared to the heel. Sometimes they struggled to lock in their heels, which led to some periodic instability. Overall the Yonex Aerus 3 MX badminton shoes feel secure when it comes to support and stability. 

Sole Durability: Score - 8 The Yonex Aerus 3 MX has held up very well after two weeks of rigorous testing. We are thrilled to report that the shoe did not show any issues with regards to durability which is usually associated with performance shoes. The toe guards and sole tread are in excellent condition. The endurance rubber helps enhance the durability. Considering that the Aerus 3 MX is a very light shoe our team thinks that this shoe will have above average durability. 

Traction: Score - 9 
The Yonex Aerus 3 MX badminton shoe score very high on the traction quotient. It offers substantial grip to to the court. While some of our team members liked the extra traction, some were hoping for more give when transitioning into and out of shots. The hexagrip sole which is deigned for agility and stability adds excellent value. The unique feature of the Aerus 3 sole is that it is light without compromising on traction or stability. Our team members felt that this badminton shoe offers the right amount of grab and give while executing attacking or defensive shots.

The Yonex Aerus 3 MX is one of the lightest badminton shoe available. The best part about these shoes was probably the weight. Our team concluded that these shoes fall in the lightweight category and they feel nice and light on the feet, making it easy to move without compromising too much on the comfort. During the rigorous test the Aerus 3 MX played true to their weight and allowed for quick movements.
