• Domestic orders are usually shipped using FedEx, UPS  or USPS Priority Mail 
• Live outside the US?  Refer to the International Shipping Options page for details on International shipping. Orders for Ground shipping are generally shipped within 48 hours. Please allow for additional processing time of orders with custom stringing. 
• FREE SHIPPING (CONTINENTAL USA ONLY).. Only $25 for all orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, & Puerto Rico.  
• Free shipping is not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii, and destinations outside the continental USA.
• EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS We now offer expedited shipping, 2 Day Service ($25) and 3 Day Service ($20) within the continental United States. 
• 2 Day/3 Day service includes business days only Weekends and national holidays are excluded. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m. 
• U.S. Central Time will be processed and shipped on Monday. All expedited shipping orders placed before noon U.S. Central Time will be processed on the same day. Please allow an additional business day for all custom stringing orders.

• 3 Login to the portal using the order number and zip-code, email or phone number
• 4 Follow the steps in the portal and submit your return request
• 5 If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, you will receive an email with an RMA and a pre-paid return label.
• 6 Ship the return item(s) back in the original shipping box
• 7 Once the return has been received, your account will be credited for the cost of the item minus a 10% restocking fee.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Badminton Racquet/Pickleball Paddle Returns

1. Rackets can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused and the original plastic from the handle is intact. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Please do not remove the plastic film wrapped around the grip if you intend to return the racket.
3. Once the plastic grip is removed the racket is considered used and hence cannot be returned.

1. Shoes can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Tags have to be intact. Once the tag is removed the shoes will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.
3. There cannot be any noticeable wear and tear or signs of use on the shoes.
4. Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.

Apparel Returns

1. All apparel can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Tags have to be intact. Once the tag is removed the apparel will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.

Bags, Nets, Accessories Returns

1. All items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused.
2. Please do not take tags off the bags and all nets and accessories should be in their original packing.

Badminton Warehouse is an authorized vendor of all products sold on our website and we stand by the products we sell. We offer a special 30 day BW Warranty on badminton rackets. Please review the information below regarding product warranties. 

Badminton Racquets

• All racquets purchased as new come with a 30-day warranty against defect. 
• Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect it carefully. If you find the product to be damaged or otherwise faulty, please return contact us for an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not accepted.
• Specify the RMA number on the outside of the box and return to either of the locations specified below.
• If deemed defective, a replacement will be issued immediately.
• Racquets that break due to clashing with other rackets during play or have chipped paint due to wear and tear cannot be replaced
• String breakage is a common occurrence that cannot be avoided and therefore cannot be guaranteed against.
• We at Badminton Warehouse strive for our customer's satisfaction. If any issue arises after the initial 30-day warranty period is over, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and try to get your racquet replaced.

With hundreds of models to choose from, picking the right pickleball paddle can be daunting. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to try that really cool paddle that you like but are just not sure. Now you can do just that. Introducing the BW pickleball demo program for in-store customers. Demo up to 3 paddles at a time for 72 hours for a nominal fee ($10 for 1, $15 for 2 and $20 for 3). What's great is that you can use that as credit towards the purchase of a paddle. Not sure after you try them? No worries. You have only spent a fraction for a paddle that may cost upwards of $150.

Here's how it works:

2. Choose up to 3 paddles. Pay nominal fee ($10 for 1 paddle, $15 for 2 paddles and $20 for 3 paddles).

Badminton Warehouse wants people to have ample opportunity to try out the paddles. For each day after 3 days, there is a late fee of $10 per day until the paddle(s) are returned. After 10 days, we will charge you full price of each demo paddle taken, minus late fees already charged.
